Renaissance Precision Manufacturing’s (RPM) CNC Vision Measuring System, and dedicated quality staff are the backbone of our quality control department. Meticulous measurement and documentation generate continuous progress toward our primary goal: zero defects. First-article inspection at the beginning of every operation, in process inspection throughout every run and final inspection before shipping to the customer ensure that you receive quality parts to your specifications. Inspection reports can be made available to suit your company’s requirements. Our quality manual is intended to be guide to our most important Quality Control and Quality Assurance systems utilized at RPM.
Lean Manufacturing Process
RPM incorporates all the principles of lean manufacturing into every step of our operations. Lean manufacturing is an approach that concentrates on minimizing waste within manufacturing systems while simultaneously maximizing productivity. To this end, we utilize a paperless production flow, job traveler, and inspection report system for each of our projects. Our highly trained operators and machinists use a manufacturing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to locate and finalize documents creating value-added efficiencies through paperless manufacturing. Paperless manufacturing and inspection not only save paper and our natural resources, but it makes decision making quicker, empowers employees, and increases our overall level of production process.
Reverse Engineering & Part Digitalization
RPM can build a 3-D model from our inspected geometry. Once built, the part/component can be manufactured. This is a benefit for our customers who have no 3-D model and need to replace damaged hardware or older parts.
Metrology
To ensure we make precise measurements; our skilled team uses several vision CMM’s. We maintain a gage calibration system and use hundreds of inspection instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.
